GED Information

Earning your GED could be one of the biggest steps of your life! A GED diploma can be used just like a high school diploma. The GED can help you get a better job, get into college or just feel better about yourself.

Alabama Southern Community College’s mission is to fulfill the educational needs of adult learners. We recognize that all adult learners may learn “differently.” By providing alternatives, we can facilitate the educational process to fit the needs of all of our students.

We now offer a fresh and unique approach to the traditional classroom setting. We now provide you with two new types of learning opportunities:

  • Online (Internet) Classes
  • Video Instructional Classes

If you have special scheduling needs because of employment, family responsibility, or geographic distances, these classes may be a good choice for you.

Learning on the computer allows you to study when you want, where you want. A computer with Internet access and an email address is all you need!

Do you qualify for these FREE online courses?
