Developmental Studies Minimum qualifications for adjunct positions include a master's degree in the respective field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the respective discipline. Submit a completed official application form for the position desired; a resume showing educational degrees earned, employment history, and other pertinent attainments and/or experience; copies of transcripts from all colleges attended (copies will suffice for application purposes); the names, address and telephone numbers of at least three professional references (preferably supervisors and employers) to Dr. Lee Taylor, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Alabama Southern Community College, P.O. Box 2000, Monroeville, AL 36461. (An official application form must be received for an application to be considered. Official transcripts must be received before an applicant will be hired.)
